Opposite Ormos Panagias is Athos and behind it is the mountain of Municipality Sithonias, Dragountelis (Itamos). Almost three kilometres from the traditional settlement of Saint Nikolaos is the bay of Virgin Mary that offers to the thousands of visitors the unique cruise in Mount Athos.
