The skete of Saint Panteleimona belongs to the holy abbey Koutloumousiou, from which it is half an hour walking. It was founded in 1785 from the priest-monk Haralampo, in the dry and barren ground, in the place where an older Cell was found.
Today the skete is a strange Greek one, that consists of 23 huts that are arranged as a settlement. The huts are lived by twenty monks that deal with the cultivation and the products of the craftsmanships.
Kiriakon was built in 1790 and is dedicated to Saint Panteleimonas. It was wall painted partly in 1868. Next to the Kiriakon exists a belfry of three histories, a dining room and a guest's house.
