Makrinitsa

Makrinitsa, the "balcony" of Pilio, is one of the most characteristic settlements. The square with the age-old platans offers a panoramic view to Volos and Pagasitikos. The big mural of painter Theofilou is saved in its cafe. The graphic cobbled roads of Makrinitsa are numerous and clear water flows incessantly from the traditional fountains.
