Monastery of Kehrias-Christ in Kastro

Monastery of Kehrias. It is an important monastery of Skiathos, where in its catholic are saved the famous ceramic dishes which are placed in the temple and in the walls above the windows. In its interior are saved beautiful murals of the 16th -17th century.

Christ in Kastro. The church of Christ in Kastro is a big woodroofed royal, building of the 17th century. It has appreciable murals of Saints and a beautiful woodcut iconostasis from 1695.
