Chora

In the north is built the beautiful small state of Skopelos, with the houses that surround the Kastro and go down to the harbour. Between the houses are many small churches that maintain strictly the religious tradition. The neighbourhoods are full of narrow, paved streets and the colourful flowers embrace the balconies and the walls. Even though the tones of brown continue to prevail, the people dare to adorn the frames of their houses with green, light blue, blue or even red colours.
